Q. Do you have the source code of Vectorian Giotto?
No. Vectorian Giotto was released as closed-source proprietary freeware. We do not possess the source code, nor do we have the legal authority or ability to modify the software’s core binary to release updates or Mac/Linux native builds.
Q. Do I need a license key or activation code to use the software?
No license is required. Vectorian Giotto was officially re-released as 100% free software by Vectorian Inc. before they went offline. The installer provided on our download page installs the full, unrestricted version of the software automatically.
Q. Can I request technical support for creating my animations?
Since we are a non-commercial preservation project, we cannot offer live one-on-one design support or ActionScript debugging services. However, if you run into installation or startup crashes on Windows 10/11, please let us know so we can update our troubleshooting guide.
